About Me
-
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) with experience across mental health care, hospice and grief support, crisis services, community programs, and behavioral health leadership. I help people and organizations navigate complex work through practical, reflective, and evidence-informed strategies that honor both human and systemic needs.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported interdisciplinary teams, strengthened documentation and workflow systems, developed training and supervision programs, and partnered with organizations to improve quality, communication, and client care. These experiences shape my approach: grounded, human-centered, and focused on what helps people and systems function with clarity and purpose.
I believe people and systems thrive when expectations are clear, support is consistent, and leadership is grounded in humanity.
I’m committed to creating supportive, growth-oriented spaces for practitioners and teams—whether through clinical supervision, consultation, systems development, training, or organizational writing. My goal is simple: to help people and programs do meaningful work with clarity, alignment, and sustainability.

Your Questions, Answered
Who do you work with?
Elevated Clinical Practice Consulting supports early-career and licensed clinicians, supervisors, leaders, and mission-driven organizations across healthcare, behavioral health, hospice, and community-based settings.
Clinical supervision is offered in Colorado and Wyoming (virtually statewide, with in-person options in Colorado Springs). All other services—consultation, facilitation, writing, and organizational support—are available nationwide.
What is the difference between clinical supervision and consultation?
Clinical supervision is a consistent, ongoing relationship focused on developing clinical skills, strengthening ethical decision-making, and supporting reflective, sustainable practice—often toward licensure.
Consultation is more flexible and typically short-term, offering targeted support with complex cases, leadership or team challenges, documentation questions, or systems and workflow needs.
What can I expect from the discovery meeting?
The discovery meeting is a focused conversation designed to understand the client’s goals and determine the type of support that aligns with their needs. Elevated Clinical Practice Consulting asks about the client’s role, current challenges, areas of growth, and the systems they work within—whether they are seeking clinical supervision, professional consultation, training, or organizational support.
During this meeting, we offer initial impressions, discuss scope and expectations, and outline possible pathways for working together. It is also an opportunity to determine whether the services, approach, and availability are the right fit. If the client chooses to move forward, a clear plan, structure, and next steps are provided.
