Fees & Next Steps

Our services are structured to provide both strategic guidance and hands-on implementation across clinical and operational systems in mental health practice.

Fees vary based on service type, scope, and level of support required.

Our Process

When you reach out, we work collaboratively to understand your goals and identify the type of support that best fits your needs. The process is transparent, practical, and grounded in clear next steps.

During the discovery conversation, we will:

  • Clarify what you are seeking to strengthen in your practice, team, or organization

  • Explore questions related to supervision, consultation, or project-based needs

  • Discuss scope, timelines, and the level of support aligned with your goals

  • Identify initial recommendations or potential next steps

  • Determine whether working together is a good fit

If we decide to move forward, a clear plan is outlined, including scope, fee structure, and a proposed schedule, so expectations are well defined from the start.
