Training Programs
Practical, systems-focused training for mental health clinicians, practice owners, and organizations seeking to strengthen documentation, compliance, and operational systems.
These trainings translate complex regulatory, administrative, and operational concepts into practical, implementable systems for everyday practice.
For clinicians seeking to strengthen multiple areas of their practice, the Practice Foundations Training Bundle provides discounted access to a series of trainings focused on documentation, compliance, and practice operations.
Each training addresses core administrative, regulatory, and operational challenges in mental health practice and provides practical guidance grounded in real-world experience working with behavioral health providers and payer systems.
Participants may choose the bundle option during registration and gain access to multiple trainings at a reduced rate.
Trainings may be taken individually or as part of a bundled or consulting engagement.
Insurance audits, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements are a central part of modern mental health practice.
This training provides a clear understanding of what insurance payers and auditors review, how to prepare practices before an audit occurs, and how to develop documentation and consent processes that support both clinical quality and regulatory compliance.
Rather than approaching compliance from a reactive or fear-based perspective, this training focuses on building practical, repeatable documentation systems that support ethical care, professional confidence, and long-term sustainability.
Outcome: increased clarity around documentation expectations, improved audit readiness, and systems that support consistent, compliant practice.
Launching a private practice requires more than clinical skill—it requires clear operational and regulatory systems.
This training provides a structured roadmap for building a sustainable private practice, including key decisions related to business structure, credentialing, documentation, and administrative systems. Participants will learn how to establish foundational processes that support efficient operations and reduce administrative burden over time.
The focus is on creating simple, effective systems early, allowing clinicians to build practices that are both clinically grounded and operationally sound.
Outcome: a clear understanding of the systems required to launch and sustain a private practice, with practical steps for implementation.
As mental health practices grow, workflows and administrative systems can become fragmented without intentional structure.
This training focuses on designing operational systems that support consistency, efficiency, and sustainability in day-to-day practice. Participants will learn how to create structured workflows, organize communication processes, and develop repeatable systems for common administrative tasks.
The emphasis is on reducing reliance on memory or ad hoc processes by building systems that support both clinical work and business operations.
Outcome: improved workflow clarity, reduced administrative burden, and systems that support consistent and organized practice operations.
How will the live sessions be held?
The live training will be conducted on Zoom. If you are unable to make the live training, an on-demand version will be available on our website after the live training session.
