This training provides a practical, systems-based overview of insurance credentialing and billing for mental health practices. Designed for practice owners, clinicians, and administrators, the course breaks down credentialing, enrollment, and the billing lifecycle, highlights common errors that lead to delays or denials, and offers clear strategies for navigating payer requirements with confidence. Participants will leave with a stronger understanding of how to build compliant, sustainable billing and credentialing processes that support both access to care and practice viability.
Technology (Virtual Session)
Virtual sessions will be held via Google Meet. Access details will be emailed to registered participants prior to the training. A stable internet connection and audio capability are required.
Recording Access
A recording of the virtual session will be made available to registered participants who are unable to attend the live session.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled training are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the training are eligible for a 50% refund.
Continuing Education
This training is not currently approved for continuing education (CE) credit. A certificate of completion can be provided upon request.
